A Few Things You May Want to Know.
What Is Included?
For $24.99 a month, your organization gets all available membership tools and unlimited member records. You can try it free for 7 days without a credit card.
Can Our Organization Collect Its Own Payments?
Yes. After Stripe Connect is set up for the service, your club’s account owner can connect your club’s Stripe account. Members can then pay individual dues online. Payments go to that account, and Stripe processing fees apply. Automatic recurring payments are not available yet.
Can Members Manage Their Own Information?
Yes. Members can sign in to see their card, dues, payments, visits, and club updates, and sign up for events. You decide whether they can update their contact email, phone, and address. Name and membership changes are handled by your staff.
Are Staff Comments Private?
Yes. Only staff with the right permissions can see internal comments and visit notes. Members cannot see those notes, and other organizations cannot see your club’s records.
How Do Emails and Reminders Work?
You can write messages and share announcements in the app. Sending emails needs the service’s email setup completed first. Your club can choose when renewal and overdue reminders are due. Automatic sending also needs the reminder schedule connected. Once set up, each organization can send up to 1,000 emails a month.
What Happens After the Free Trial?
Your 7-day trial starts when you create your organization. We won’t charge you automatically. Choose a subscription to keep using your tools after the trial. If you don’t subscribe, your saved records are kept.
